Digital Twin Imaging, a Metaverse Imaging Inc. company, has been awarded a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract, number 47QRAA25D008M, under Special Item Number 54151S.
The MAS program is the federal government's primary commercial purchasing vehicle. The award means federal agencies can now procure DTI's LiDAR scanning, 4D digital twin production, and facility documentation services directly through GSA Advantage! and GSA eBuy, without running a separate open-market competition.
What the award means
Schedule award follows GSA review of a contractor's financial responsibility, past performance, and commercial sales practices. For federal agencies, ordering against an existing schedule contract shortens acquisition timelines and applies pre-negotiated pricing, terms, and conditions.
Because Metaverse Imaging Inc. is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business, and Small Disadvantaged Business, orders placed under the contract also count toward agency socioeconomic contracting goals.
What DTI delivers
DTI captures building interiors using LiDAR and converts them into 4D digital twins. From a single capture, agencies can receive dimensionally accurate as-built documentation, interior GIS and CAD deliverables, emergency response floor plans and preplanning data, and interactive virtual reality environments for responder training.
The company's capture and modeling technology is protected by U.S. Patent 12,442,641 B1, with international protection pending under PCT/US2025/051600.
About GSA
GSA employs about 12,000 federal workers and has an annual operating budget of roughly $33 billion while overseeing $66 billion of procurement annually. Through programs including GSA Schedule contracts, the agency plays a central role in efficient, cost-effective government operations and in promoting standardization across federal agencies.
